I ordered a bunch of different threads and they all arrived extremely efficiently. One of the threads was not available but I was notified immediately and given various offers to rectify the missing thread. I opted for a refund for the single thread and it was issued right away. Will definitely be ordering again for my future project needs. Thanks!
