This pattern is wonderful for using big prints, leftover blocks from previous projects as well as trying your hand at needle turn appliqué or any type of appliqué, embroidery, machine piecing and more. Suitable for any style of fabrics from modern to reproductions.
In this fast pace workshop, Veronique will show you how to make clamshells the easy way, putting your quilt together but mainly we will be looking at your fabrics and how to make the most of it. Even small bits! We also be covering embellishments using embroidery, doilies and laces.
It is a fun class and you will be amazed by your imagination and how quickly your clamshell’s pile will grow. She had so much fun making the first one, Veronique couldn’t stop and made 2 more versions!
