Shipping and Returns


Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days depending on final destination in the US).

You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your order ships. If you do not receive these emails, first check your junk email folder. If it is not there please let us know so we can make sure everything is alright.

Domestic Orders

$8 flat rate shipping on orders up to $100.

Free shipping on orders $100 and over.

Free local pickup from Palm City, Florida.

International Orders:  Due to inconsistent shipping rates and available services across the rest of the world, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of $45 charged at the time of checkout.  Shipping overages from actual cost will be refunded and any shipping shortages will be invoiced before order will ship.  You will have an opportunity to cancel your order in full if shipping costs exceed your personal threshold.

Please note that on occasion, International customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and/or taxes. Because these fees vary widely from country to country (and we have no control over these potential extra fees levied by destination countries), we highly recommend that you research policies specific to your country.  Also note that delays can be caused when clearance procedures are necessary. 


Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition with no smoke odor.  Returns that have a smoke odor will not be credited.

Any shipping on returned item will be at the expense of the buyer, unless the mistake is ours.  

The store credit will be issued once the items has been returned to us along with a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.
