This is a chance for a more seasoned wool appliquér to dig into something different. The templates are free hand drawn which may seem daunting but also a fun challenge. The birds are unique as is the animals. The directions aren’t for a first time wool project. Also, embellishments and embroidery is up to the stitcher with scant direction.
Assured your piece will be a one of a kind once completed. I plan to hang in our formal living area to add some eclectic touch to a conservative palette. I’m am looking forward to getting to it! Below is a pic of a wool project I Completed 3 yrs ago.
This quilt was such fun to make!
The pattern pieces were minimal...especially the tree..not very helpful..instructions were poor. If. I were a novice this pattern would be worthless...
