Finally finished my grandaughter graduation quilt, She chose all the colors, she's an artist and chose wisly. It's washed and I included a color catcher and there was almost no color on it. Very nice fabric all around
Ellana Wool Thread by Sue Spargo is great for when you want to anchor your wool appliqué piece down before adding embellished stitches. The wool thread blends in beautifully with the wool, so the slip stitch hardly shows.
Great workshop as always. I am not really a yo yo fan, so I mainly took class because Rachel was teaching it. Cute project.
I love Rachael and her work! I love strengthening my creative skills with her playful and encouraging style of teaching!
I enjoyed this class so much. Since I wasn't feeling well I just watched the class and didn't actually sew during the presentation, and I got just as much out of it as I would have if I had sewn. Rachaeldaisy is a really good teacher and is so much fun. I had also taken the heart class from her and that was a great class too. When she comes back to teach again I'm sure I will take that class too. Zoom classes work for me so well. Thank you, Jen and Rachaeldaisy, for these classes.
I have completed the AGF true color monthly bundle program and the fabric is amazing with very saturated colors. I wish it was more quilting weight, I'll be making a legit kit in July with these can't wait to see how they sew together. q

I love, love, love this place! I’ve ordered a few times and have appreciated all that I received. The fabrics are high quality and just plain scrumptious. I recently ordered leave templates. Of course, they were exactly what I wanted. I have a pattern coming too that was so easy to preorder. Jen has always quickly sent everything I’ve ordered. It’s all nicely packaged and easy to track. I think any one would be fortunate to do business with Red Thread Studio. Try it today. You’ll be so glad you did!
The pattern is gorgeous just like all of Wendy Williams’ patterns. Can’t wait to get started.
I love using up my scraps to make this quilt for children being removed from their homes…giving them something to comfort them. I will also be making them for domestic violence shelters.
I’m very excited to get started on this project. I’m collecting my fabric
and getting ready. It’s going to be adorable. I love it.

This is a chance for a more seasoned wool appliquér to dig into something different. The templates are free hand drawn which may seem daunting but also a fun challenge. The birds are unique as is the animals. The directions aren’t for a first time wool project. Also, embellishments and embroidery is up to the stitcher with scant direction.
Assured your piece will be a one of a kind once completed. I plan to hang in our formal living area to add some eclectic touch to a conservative palette. I’m am looking forward to getting to it! Below is a pic of a wool project I Completed 3 yrs ago.
AGF solids are lovely and fun to work with. I love this program! I had almost no solids when I started and now I have my choice of colors.
It will be awhile before I complete my project but I carefully chose Red Thread fabric for my pieced quilt top. I believe it will be beautiful. Rich colors. quality fabric.
Had a wonderful time in the zoom class with Rachel. She encourages her students to put their own spin on her pattern. I created a tablerunner and will make the quilt later this year. I’m looking forward to more zoom classes with Rachel Daisy this year. 💕
This was the first zoom class I’ve taken and it was such a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Looking forward to another one!
This workshop, as with any workshop with Rachaeldaisy, was inspirational and enlightening. I learned a new technique that was demonstrated for preparing appliqué that I had never seen. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to learn from such a fun and creative designer.
This was a great workshop but I wish it was taped as I had an emergency work task that caused me to miss the second half of it. Still working on the quilt though!
It was my first virtual class, and it didn’t disappoint! Rachael was fun and personable, as were the students. My only small disappointment was not being able to see her added/new technique she showed us one more time. I liked her suggestion for the appliqué, but I’ve been appliquéing for many years and I went back to my old ways, but I’d like to experience her technique once more. I highly recommend the class!
